Birge Watkins
Birge has lived in Warrenton for nearly three decades and has served as the chairman and member of the board of the Land Trust of Virginia and was a Warrenton town council member. Birge is currently involved in real estate investment, serves on several corporate boards, and is a member of the board of the Great Meadow Foundation.

Jane Hurst
Jane, a resident of Warrenton since 1982, has served as the Chairman of the Electoral Board of Fauquier County since 2010, currently serving as Secretary. She is on the Executive Board for the Virginia Electoral Board Association and is Senior Executive Assistant in the Executive office of Marriott International.

Rob Banner
Rob, of Orlean, is a committed horseman and spent 28 years running national horse magazines including The Chronicle of the Horse. He was president of the Great Meadow Foundation for 11 years and today works at GreenTrees, a conservancy group growing trees for ecological credits.

Mike Ussery
Former U.S. Ambassador and Warrenton native Mike Ussery is a founder of numerous companies and non-profit organizations. Today he serves as Chairman of Zaicell Inc., Chairman of the Advisory Board of the CalErin Group, and is a board member of the Chinese American Museum.

Porter Blackford
Porter was a native of Fauquier County for nearly 20 years and has served her entire professional career in the educational nonprofit sector throughout the DC-metro area. She currently works for one of the largest educational foundations in the U.S. and is pursuing her Master’s in Public Administration with a focus on nonprofit management.

Ken Alm
Ken lives in Warrenton and is a former member of the Fauquier County Planning Commission and currently serves on the Board of Directors and Vice Chairman of The John Marshall Soil & Water Conservation District. He is also a member of the board of directors of Citizens for Fauquier County and is actively involved in the community.

Gary Rzepecki
Gary, of Bealeton, has served as the Director of the Fauquier County Parks and Recreation since 2019, employing business and entrepreneurial practices to raise revenue and achieve results for the county. An avid horticulturalist, he has worked in parks management for two decades and has led numerous public/private partnerships for Fauquier Parks.
